At onlyonpercent, we sell digital products including but not limited to e-books, templates, software tools, courses, downloadable resources, and membership access.

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as outlined below.


1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (via download link, email access, or account access), we do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations

Digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.


2. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments:

  • The extra charged amount will be refunded after verification.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Technical Issues

If you face genuine technical issues such as:

  • Inability to download the product
  • Corrupt file
  • Non-receipt of access email

You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase at:

We will resolve the issue by:

  • Providing a fresh download link
  • Resending access credentials

Refunds will not be issued for technical issues; only replacement access will be provided.


4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to suspend access to the product
  • We may provide proof of delivery to the payment gateway (PayU)
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future purchases

5. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are advised to:

  • Carefully read the product description
  • Understand what is included
  • Contact us for clarification if needed
